22 May 2009 Development commission is designed to reward those dealers who have proved themselves as true leaders. Dealers are able to achieve four incrementally progressive statuses: One star satellite - you must already be a satellite, and have developed three satellites in your down line Two star satellite - you have developed 5 satellites in your down line Three star satellite - you have developed 7 satellites in your down line Four star satellite - you have developed 9 satellites in your network Depending on your satellite status and that of the other satellites in your down line you qualify for the following commission incentive: A 1 star satellite is entitled to an extra 1% commission on the first 1 star satellite (which includes their down line) that you develop below you, this may be one or many levels deep in your network. A 2 star satellite earns 1% commission on any 2 star satellites they have developed in their network. A 3 star satellite is rewarded by earning 2% on all 1 star satellites, 1% on 2 star satellites and 1% on 3 star satellites. A 4 star satellite earns 2% on all 1 star satellites, 1% on all 2 star satellites, 1% on 3 star satellites, 1% on 4 star satellites and a further 1% on any second level 4 star satellites.
